There are many parts of barns and similar structures that have very unique wood in them, ranging from smooth to hand-hewn, and from thin siding to wide support beams. Many tables that we make use wood from these structures such as in any of our sleeper middle table types, where as the table top is made from barn floor supports and the legs are made from either more sleeper middles, hand-hewn support beams, or hand-hewn roof supports. These type of barns and the like can be found all over the U.S. but here in the Mid-west they are very prevalent.
